License Agreement

1. License Grant

NeuralFlow ("the Licensor") grants the user ("the Licensee") a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use Axon Terminal ("the Software") free of charge, subject to the conditions set forth in this document.

2. Permitted Use

  • Personal and non-commercial use of the Software.
  • Installation on one or more devices for the Licensee's personal use.
  • Use in personal, educational, or learning projects.

3. Restrictions

The Licensee may NOT:

  • Use the Software for commercial purposes, including but not limited to: selling services, use in corporate or production environments, or any activity that generates income directly or indirectly.
  • Redistribute, sublicense, sell, rent, or transfer the Software to third parties.
  • Modify, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer the Software.
  • Remove or alter copyright notices, trademarks, or other proprietary notices included in the Software.
  • Host the Software on public servers for download by unauthorized third parties.
  • Use the Software to develop a competing product.

4. Intellectual Property

The Software, including its code, design, interface, documentation, and all associated materials, is the exclusive property of NeuralFlow. This license does not transfer any intellectual property rights to the Licensee. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

5. Updates

The Licensor may publish updates to the Software at its discretion. Updates are subject to the same terms of this license. The Licensor has no obligation to provide updates, technical support, or maintenance.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Use of the Software is at the Licensee's own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall NeuralFlow be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Termination

This license terminates automatically if the Licensee breaches any of its terms. Upon termination, the Licensee must cease all use of the Software and delete all copies in their possession.

9. Governing Law

This license is governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute shall be resolved by the competent courts of Spain.
