Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Axon Terminal ("the Software") or accessing the website terminal.neuralflow.es ("the Site"), you accept these terms of service. If you do not agree, do not use the Software or the Site.

2. Description of Service

Axon Terminal is a desktop application that removes the friction of working with Claude Code in a conventional terminal. It provides a visual interface, session management, support for alternative AI providers, and integrated development tools so you can focus on your code, not the configuration. The Site offers information about the Software and allows its download.

3. License

Use of the Software is subject to the License Agreement of Axon Terminal. The free version is limited to personal and non-commercial use. For commercial use, contact NeuralFlow.

4. Requirements

  • The Software requires an active Claude Code subscription (from Anthropic) to function. NeuralFlow is not responsible for the availability or costs of Claude Code.
  • The user is responsible for complying with Anthropic's terms of service.
  • Windows 10 or higher with an internet connection is required.

5. User Conduct

The user agrees to:

  • Not use the Software for illegal or unauthorized activities.
  • Not attempt to breach the security of the Software or the Site.
  • Not redistribute the Software without express authorization.
  • Not impersonate NeuralFlow or Axon Terminal.

6. Availability

NeuralFlow does not guarantee that the Software or the Site will be available without interruption or free of errors. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time without prior notice.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site and the Software, including text, graphics, logos, icons, and interfaces, is the property of NeuralFlow and is protected by intellectual property laws. "Axon Terminal" and the associated logo are trademarks of NeuralFlow.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software and the Site are provided "AS IS". NeuralFlow offers no warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Software is compatible with all systems or that it will function without interruption.

9. Limitation of Liability

NeuralFlow shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Software, including but not limited to: data loss, work interruption, system damage, or any other direct or indirect damage.

10. Modifications

NeuralFlow reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon publication on the Site. Continued use of the Software after the publication of changes implies acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute shall be resolved by the competent courts of Spain.
